Squealing Noise Ford V-10 When I Reach 20 Mph, But Not When I Rev Engine When In Park

I have a 2002 motorhome built on a Ford E450 chassis, w/ Triton V-10. When I hit 20 mph I hear a noise like a loose belt, though the engine sounds fine otherwise. No noise when I'm at speeds below 20 mph and no noise when I rev engine when in park.

Could be a lot of things but to see if it is a belt you can get a spray can of belt dressing at most parts houses spray all your belt down good with that and try again to go down the road .if it still has the same sound I would be more inclined to think brake pads. To check this get to the speed it does it at and when it starts apply brakes slightly and hold brakes so they have a little drag as you keep it at the speed it does it if this stops the sound it's your brakes.one other thing it could be is dry wheel bearing.if all this fails I can't help you.
