Symptoms of blood cancer include a lump on the area of the breast,dimpling of the skin, blood stain discharged from the nipples,swelling or lump under your armpits.its not necessary that if you have a lump its cancer because 8% to 9% of these lumps are benign which means they are not cancer.but if you are experiencing any of these symptoms you should get it checked by a doctor.
