Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

MP3 denotes Moving Picture Experts Group-1 (MPEG-1) Audio Layer 3. It is an extension file format of a digital audio on a computer. In order to make an mp3, you need to have an audio CD. You can convert the tracks on the audio CD to MP3 and store it on your computer. You can also convert other audio formats such as AAC (Advanced Audio Compression) files to MP3 and vice versa. These are the ways of making an MP3 file. If you are recording something on your computer, you can directly record the sound file into an MP3 file format. MP3 files vary according to the quality of it. The superiority of an MP3 file depends on the rate at which the file is playing which is called the bit rate. Higher the bit rate, the better sound quality it will have.
