Hey you know I had just asked this question a few days ago,As the saying goes 'Great minds think alike' :)Anyways,you have to click on the Control Panel on the top left corner and go to the list of debates in which you have participated.On their extreme right side an arrow icon can be seen.If you click that,your fav debates will be added to the favourites list beside the debate list.If you still haven't understood,go to my profile and check out the answer to my question.
