    I Donated A Number Of Used Cell Phone To Certain Charities In Africa But They Claimed They Cannot Use Them Because The Phones Are Locked Up With Particular Networks. Can You Please Advice On What To Do?

    Dear, for this you must contact to the network from where you have got those sets like it has happened once that the Mobilink Company has given sets to the customers but they can't use any other sim except the Mobilink and the sets are locked so the best option is to contact the network or the company too.
