Yes, cancer does spread. Depending on where the cancer is really determines how fast it will grow and spread. Cancer is a very serious problem that usually requires chemotherapy or radiation. If you caught the cancer early, you may have a chance to go into remission with chemo or radiation. When the cancer spreads it's called metastasize. Please follow you Drs advice when it comes to this. I'm so sorry.

Yes it does!!! My granpa had renul (kidney) cancer and it spread to his bones. Sadly he lost the battle last month
