Can You Play Dos Games On Windows Vista?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

    Sorry, but not directly.

If you really want to play DOS games you will need an emulator or a DOS virtual system. The virtual systems work pretty well. Check out Sun's Virtual Box at www.virtualbox.org. It is free and supports some graphics. If you still have your old DOS disks, just install DOS as a virtual machine and you can remember all of the old DOS headaches for setting up drivers and memory management.

Some folks also like www.dosbox.com for their DOS emulation needs.
