You have to get to the third island and go to the airport go to the end of the long runway and a plane called a "dodo" will be there get in and enjoy!

U can get one but i Just havent figured out where...and i DO know how to get in a plane...
Go to the airport on Staunton Island (bring an ambulance) stand on the ambulance on the side of the airplane....jump on the wing and rapidly press triangle! Ull go inside and wait till it gets to the next airport and then press triangle again and u start driving....careful dont hit any other airplanes or ull have to do that all over again...ENJOY!
