My Female Yorkie That Is 3 1/2 Weeks Pregnant , Threw Up Last Night And She Has Had The Chills Ever Since, Could This Be The Flu Or Another Illness.

When a dog is near to labor stage it shows symptoms like:

Shivering,
Panting
Vomiting
Restlessness
Unwillingness to eat,
Seeking out a private place

But it is too early for your dog to show these symptoms. Sometimes a dog during pregnancy vomits but if the condition persists you should immediately contact a vet. Check its temperature. Keep it warm. You should take extra care these days as your dog is expecting babies. Provide it high quality food to ensure healthy delivery of healthy puppies.

Dogs don't actually get flu as such. I would take her to the vet if she has a temperature, as this isn't a normal pregnancy symptom.
