I ask this question to help me get updated on the status of my multiple entry visa which I already used 4 times already to the US.

Well Dear!
After the terrorist attack in the US the rules are getting sticker and according to the embassy they have improved our visa clearance procedures. There is no such policy that previous multiple visa are rejected, however, the visa process is more longer now and it will take some more time. For further information click on the new US policy:

one of the things that the policy states is that all multiple indefinite visas have to be returned to the relevant embassies for a current ten year visa. since multiple visa were issued without an expiration dates whenever they are used now they will be seized and persons will be processed for the ten year visa.
