    While writing a thank you letter, always be gracious and thank the chairman and also the organization for the position that you have been offered. Keep your letter positive in tone. The letter should be professional and should not contain any mistakes, grammatical or otherwise. Mention that you are going to fulfill your duty with commitment and dedication. At the closing of the letter, mention again how much you appreciate what has been done for you.
