I just don't know what to do I would be devastated if I was pregnant again that would make it my 4th baby.

Nops,dear as it is not a sign of your pregnancy , feeling vomit is something else when you are having your regular periods than no need to worry about. Feeling nauseated doesn't really mean pregnancy. For confirmation i suggest you to have a visit to your gyn doctor and get your blood test too.

You could be pregnant. Just because you are breast feeding doesn't mean you can't get pregnant. A friend of mine was breast feeding but she still got pregnant...with twins. If I were you, I would take a home pregnancy test. If that is positive then I would go to the doctor.

You could be, but it sounds more like you need orange juice and bananas for the potassium. Try this before you get a test. Hope this helps, good luck to you, and congrats on the baby.
