I live in Nebraska. I sustained an injury after someone who was pushed in fell onto me. I suffered a torn ACL in my knee.

This is a difficult one as it sounds as though it will be difficult to prove liability as the person really responsible is the one that did the pushing. The only hope that you may have is if there is an injury coverall in the policy held by the property owner. Take legal advice.
