I am 23, South Indian origin. I am only about 160 cm tall. I feel very uncomfortable with my height. Is there anything I can do to grow at least by 2 inches

The height of an individual is determined by various heridity factors, so if your parents are short, there are 80% chances that you are going to be short as well. And there is nothing you can do about it, once you are past your growing stage. So at the age of 23, if you think you are short, there is nothing you can do about it. There are a number of companies that advertise various supplements and medicines for height growth but they are all fake. So i recommend dont fall for any fake promises, Just be confident of what you are.

Eat heatedly and exercise. A persons size is mainly controled by their genetics but with healthy habits and regular exercise and person can improve upon what they are born with genetically.

You will end up growing with age. However, eating and exercising will also help your body grow and develop
