You certainly can. There are various types of salad with Roquefort. Here's a recipe for pear, walnut, and Roquefort cheese salad:

For the salad: 2 ripe pears (cored and sliced), 4 cups of salad greens, 1 small red onion (sliced), 2 tablespoons of fresh-squeezed orange juice, 1/3 cup of Roquefort cheese (crumbled), 2 tablespoons walnuts (coarsely chopped).

For the vinaigrettte: 1/2 cup of canned whole-berry cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup of fresh-squeezed orange juice, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (minced), 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Whisk all the viniagrette ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. This recipe makes 6 servings, so you will need six plates. Arrange the salad greens on the plates. Toss the pear slices with the 2 tablespoons of orange juice and divide the pears and onions between the six plates and place on top of the salad greens.

Sprinkle the crumbled Roquefort cheese and walnuts on top of each serving, making sure each plate has an equal amount. Drizzle the viniagrette onto each plate to desired amount.
