    How Can My Son's Father Sign His Birth Certificate?

    He wasnt in this state when he was born, so he wasnt there to sign it. I am in NJ.

    Well, if you are sure about it then you can challenge it in the court. Do remember that you must have the solid proof to achieve what you desire. It is also possible that he might be there to sign but you were not aware of his presence.
