It is not very easy to get codes for Insignia Tv since it is not very famous brand like sony or samsung and also you do not have its original remote.But you can try these codes 8820, 0463 and 0150.

I recently purchased an Insignia 32" model NS-L32Q-10A. I needed the code for my AT&T u-verse remote. I found the code# 1023 for a Sansui tv brand works just fine for me. I suggest you trying using all the Sansui tv codes to see if any of them will work for your model.
