All we can do is live in hope on that one as we can't predict the money grubbers but interest rate has a lot to do with it you notice when the interest rate was held to a 6.0 things begin to look up but the CEO's were not happy and when Gov no longer controlled the interest rate things went down hill fast and furiously,so all we can do is hope on this one and to all Bush followers they think it is a joke that Obama has inherited such a messed up economy, they had to stop Bush from making anymore of a mess to leave for someone else to clean up and that it will take 3 terms to get back on track and we know a President gets only two terms,that is flat out mean to do things like that out of spite,but when God is ready to turn things around there is no stopping him and he can do it in a twinkling of a eye....good luck
