Inequality is a term that is used when two quantities are not equal to each other and in terms of the economic terms, inequality always creates problems. I would like to elaborate with an example of Law of sea beds. Before the law for the resources under the sea were made, the resources under the sea were captured by the developed countries because the developing countries did not have the access to the technologies and developed countries got the advantage of this deficiency. This created the opposition among the developing countries and they got against the authority of developed countries on sea bed resources. In this way economic problems are created. Similarly issues of unemployment, inflation, corruption are the products of economic inequalities.

The, "inequality", is the difference between defined groups not having the same share, balance, status or even value in a given system or population.  Economic problems tend to magnified on the extremes and can begin to push the more and more of the population toward the negative extreme while still giving a push to the, "I really don't need it, but I will always take and scheme to get more." extreme.  The economic inequlities tend to keep the system very polarized.
