How Can A Child Have Regulation Problems? Possibly Not Add.

This sounds like completely normal behavior in a young child. Also, is it possible that the fact of being tested is making him nervous too? Small children especially can easily get the fear that something is badly wrong with them, and get very frightened - this in turn can lead to all sorts of problems such as mightmares, bedwetting etc, and especially with bright children.  If he is showing specific problems, disturbed behavior etc then maybe you should ask for professional help, but what you have described so far is perfectly normal.
