on food. Then you need to stop this to. Or just bordom..that will make gain to.
You have to realy take a look at what your doing.. And try to chang it..it dosen't sound like your to much over the mark that much.just a little.. Anyways good luck..

The doctors usually recommend the weight to be between 107-141 for someone of 5'3" so you are right in that category... I would just set a small goal if you want to loose weight just cutting down on the junk and eating small, frequent healthy meals.

I am just few cm's short of 5'3 and I'm 140 lbs (used to be 142). I used to think I was overweight (because of what all those BMI calculators tell me).
You might not even need to lose any. Weight does not always = fat. If you're a larger build, it could just be because you're "heavy" not "fat". Also if you do heavy exercise a lot, you probably have built up extra muscle. Muscle is denser than fat therefore tends to weigh more.

I am 5'3 and 145 and i am not overweight at all, i am very in shape and i am a successful wrestler, sometimes the bmi statistics dont take muscle into account and just think your heavy.
