How Can I Help My Cat With Out The Expense Of The Vet? I Am Told She Has An Inner Ear Infection. Please Help.

I described my cats problem to a vet. They told me that what I described was an inner ear infection. Can this be treated with out the drs vet bill? I am hurting for money and would like another way to help my cat. They told me that it is like a humans vertigo. Round and round. Please help. When she walks, she staggers and her eyes are dialited and she keeps pulling herself around and round.
