Honduras is basically a country that is located in Central America. It was known as Spanish Honduras. It has Guatemala towards the west, El Salvador towards the Southwest, Nicaragua towards the southeast, Pacific Ocean at the south and Gulf of Honduras towards the North.
The Capital of Honduras is Tegucigalpa. It is also the largest city of Honduras. This city is a very old city as it was established in the year 1578 by Spanish settlers.
