I am down to about 2-3 cups a day. Low Acid coffee. No sugar, skim milk. I'm living on the edge these days...

I drink anywhere from 2 to 4 sometimes more if I need the extra push of energy, and it isn't too hot out there.

I don't usually drink coffee, but if I'm still up when my husband (a dedicated coffee drinker) gets up in the morning, I'll have a cup of fresh-brewed with him. Some evenings, especially if it's cold out, I'll have a cup of the International coffee if we have the French Vanilla flavored one in the house.
