Do You Have A Low Fat Broccoli Finger Food Recipe?
I'm taking a dish to a get together, and need a recipe for broccoli finger food besides just with dip. Any suggestions? By the way most of us are on diets.

I'd go for something yoghurt-based, with a bit of lemon flavour. You could try this low-fat vegetable dip - just scroll down a bit and you'll find it. You may not want to use all the ingredients, but the basic recipe looks like it would work and taste good. At the bottom of the page are ideas for preparing broccoli and other vegetables for dipping.
