Smelly vaginal discharge can be due to infection. Bacterial and protozoan infection can cause vaginal discharge with foul odor. Fungal vaginal infection does not cause smelly discharge. If vaginal discharge is smelly and accompanied by vaginal itching and discomfort then visit a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Smelly urine can be due to use of medicines but infection can also cause this smell. Ideally, get advice from doctor.
