I Just Planted A Bottle Brush And It's Turing Brown. I Have Been Watering. Can Anyone Help?

I live in south Louisiana and planted a bottle brush but it's turning brown. We have clay soil. Can anyone help? I have been watering.

    In first week bottle brush just turn its color to yellow do not gives it too much water because in first days it harmful for it. Only twice day water gives to it. After one week it turns its color in to green and then its growth will be start normally. It's an ever green plant so it takes water form soil regularly so don't give too much water to it.
