Can You Tell About Sleep Apnea Treatment Option?
My doctor had a home sleep test done on me due to sleep apnea suspictions. After the test he said I stopped breathing 33 times in one hour 11 of which I quit breathing for over 3 minutes at a time remaining 22 were under 3 minutes. Out of a 6 hour sleep study I quit breathing 160 times.He put me on oxegen while I sleep is this normal kind of treatment for my condition? Do you recommend that I do anything else?

I have been fighting sleep apnea for about 6yrs, I went with cpap machine to help me sleep better at night.I no long have to fight falling a sleep during the day and no longer am I tired all day.

LOSE WEIGHT , IF YOUR OVERWEIGHT ..DO NOT DRINK CAFFEINE LATE AT NIGHT .. WEIGHT LOSS IS THE BEST THING.
