Does A Person Have The Legal Right To Change A Seat To The Auto They Are Leasing?

Leased a 2007 cts 5-28-2007. Honestly believed it was equipped with 2 front power seats.Only the drivers seat is powered. I am having a big problem sitting in the passenger seat because of back issues .The seat belt is also resting against my neck because of the seat being so low.The dealership informed me they could not find anyone to make the change even though the wiring is in place and I was willing to do it at my expense. They are willing to lease me another vehicle.More fees and taxes!

Yes, you've the legal right to change the seat for your leased auto. It is because of the fact that you've actually got the all rights of propritor on your vehicle and lesser is only financing you.
