Well it is better if you show its wound to a vet. For further measures wash its place of wound with warm water and soap to remove traces of saliva and put gauze there. Or you can give it vitamin C to fight with foreign bodies and infections. Vitamin B can also be helpful producing antibodies. If you notice big wound then it needs to be stitched by a vet. You can also apply Goldenseal directly on it to cure the bite as it serves as a natural antibiotic.

Your dog is probably stressed out so try to help him relax. It also may be a good idea to keep him away from other dogs until he feels better.
