How Can I Forget He Didn't Love Me Any Time?

By knowing that his view has nothing to do with how lovable you are! That's the big rub of broken relationships ... That you believe that because the other person didn't love you you are less lovable! Bullshit! One of my favourite concepts relates someone who says they don't like me ... My position is simple "If you don't like me that's your issue mate, not mine".
Give it about three months saying to yourself "Hey I'm really lovable! What a shame he never saw it!" a few times every day! If he didn't love you that was his problem not yours. Just sad if you thought he did.
Now a word about us men which may, or may not be relevant: Young men, and many older too are a bit like stallions... When we want a woman love just doesn't figure ... We'll say anything to get what we want. Don't judge us for it, it's our nature and we are not like women, but do be very  cautious of us, we can be the biggest of deceivers!
