How do i know if my female and male cat is fighting with one another or playing can you please tell me.

I think maybe specifics on the behavior are needed? I had two cats that were sister & brother & I used to think one was going to kill the other but the vet said that what they were doing was playing & also establishing hierarchy.

Ask a vet or wait for the cat to mate with an other cat to see if it gives birth or not.
