How Do You Make A Cheese Ball?

Cheese balls are really easy to make and are great appetizers.

To make a cheese ball, you will need the following ingredients:

8 ounces of cream cheese (you can use any type of cream cheese, but don't use the fat free cream cheese because it will be too soft to form a ball).

1 bottle of cheese spread
2 ounces of blue cheese
1 tablespoon each of onion, pimiento, and green pepper.
2 teaspoons of Worchester sauce
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
chopped nuts (walnuts or pecan work best and taste the best).

First you need to soften the cheese until it reaches room temperature. Next combine all of the above ingredients into a bowl. Be sure to mix all of the ingredients well. Refrigerate the mixture until it becomes firm. Then shape the mixture into a medium to large size ball and roll it in the chopped nuts.
