Go to the HP web site (HP.com) and choose SUPPORT & DRIVERS. Click on "Download drivers ans software". Enter your product name. On the next screen choose the operating system. On the following screen, choose the driver software (usually HP Full Feature Software and Drivers). Choose Install Now if you want HP to install the driver, choose Install Now. The driver will automatically be installed on you hard drive. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. If you want to save the driver, choose Download Only and pick or create a file on your C: Drive to download to; you can run the file later.
