    Good writing is based on clear objectives, effective audience, analysis, and effective structure. Unless you have gone through this writing process all of the carefully crafted paragraphs and sentences in the world are going to make an effective writer.
    After set your strategy that on what task you have to write, look at some techniques to use when you sit down to write, during the composing process itself.
    Pre-writing, editing drafting are the main techniques for writing.

    Remember one thing that it is a myth that writing is easily inspired in everyone else. Writing is a complex process involving stages, not a one step magic formula. Always write meaningful and easy words that everyone can understand. Avoid using such words which make the subjects confuse, and always write related words according to the subject.
    Begin by explaining the format. Once you have the information, think it through, arrive at a conclusion, and sketch an idea. Don't start writing without an idea there. Your idea may change as you write, naturally, you may change the structure as you go along. But to start writing without an idea chart is to invite disaster. Then choose appropriate words.
