staff and teams are performing. He/she therefore is also responsible for
evaluating them as well. The manager is responsible for the entire function
from planning, management, supervision and evaluation. He/she should have good
communication skills and the ability to keep the customers satisfied. He/she should
be able to link the customer care function with the overall objectives of the company.
