How We Can Shut Down Our Computers?

The computers used at home are personal computers (PC) and they are very easy to use. When we complete our work in computer then we properly shut down to preserve our data. On the bottom of the desktop there is Task Bar. Task Bar has names of different programs that we currently use. Task Bar also has a button known as Start Button. After Clicking Start Button we can start a program, open any document etc. for shut down the computer properly first of all click Start Button which is in the Task Bar. A menu or list will appear on the desktop. Move the pointer at shut down button and click on it. After clicking shut down button on the last of menu a Message Box will appear. Read this message box carefully. This message box consists of three options Stand By, Shut Down and Restart and a cancel button. If you click Stand By button then your computer is lock and reserve for you. If we click Restart button then we computer first Shut down and then again restart without clicking the power button on Central Processing Unit (CPU). So click the shutdown button and after sometime computer will close. At the end turns off the main switch.
