The video and music are linked to your PowerPoint presentation. They will disappear if you email it directly.

You can do as follows:
1. Put the presentation and all the music and other inserted files to a same folder.
2. Reinsert these files to PowerPoint presentation. After you do this work, zip and send the file to other computer. Then the music can be shown.

If there are many files to reinsert, the work will be a little hard.
You could try to convert your presentation to Flash and send the Flash file to other computer. The music will be embedded in Flash presentation. And then you could show the Flash on other computer.

Some third party presentation tool such as PPT2Flash Standard can help you do this work. You can convert it with one click. Of course, all the original effect can be retained in Flash.

After you prepare your presentation you saved it in desktop so that you can find easily. Then you open your mail go to compose and write what you want then click at attach then one dialogue box will appear then click on browse then again one dialogue box will appear then choose desktop then type the name of the file which you have saved your presentation then it will attach in your mail and send it.

Attach to email just the same as a picture or document. May be large with video and music. If it is really big, put it on YouTube and email the connection.
