This Question Is Answered:
My 16 Year Old Rat Terrier Constantly Shakes. What Might Be Wrong With Her?
I have read several articles about dogs that shake, but none of them answered my question. My dog shakes ALL THE TIME, even while she's eating. She cries a lot and sometimes just stands in the middle of the room, like she doesn't know where she is. However, she still sometimes has energy and runs around, but very little. Seems to me that she's going back to being a puppy, she's 16 years old

White dog shaker syndrome is a disease of dogs. This is caused by the age factor of the dog. Your dog has lived his life and it is getting old now. That’s why it has started shaking and shivering. In fact there are some dogs that shake a lot.

Take your dog to vet for medical checkup. Check its body temperature. If it is too cold there then you must provide it a warm place to live.
