First you need to convert AVI to DVD, then burn DVD files to DVD disc. ImTOO
DVD Creator support convert almost all popular video formats including AVI, MPEG, WMV, DivX,
Xvid, VOB, 3GP, MP4, etc. And burn the files on DVD (playable on home DVD
    player).

Honestly, I think the only way you could collect video clips from YouTube would be to request them from the authors/publishers and getting it downloaded onto your computer. The way I save them onto my computer is with RealPlayer; with certain clips, you could burn it I'm sure. This is honestly the only way I know how.

        I hope this helps!
