1st you should take a sandpaper and rub all the helmet's surface until you see the primer.This will take much time.Patience.If helmet's paint is plastic,use sandpaper NO 80,unless use 180-400.
2nd wear a mask.By using paper tape cover all helmet places thar shouldn't be painted or remove some of them.Use gloss sprays to paint the helmet.Wait for a day for the colour to dry.Then paint it once again.When finished,put the helmet's parts on it again.Painting complete!!
