Has Anyone Seen Poms Who's Ears Don't Stay Erect?
I have seen two puppies that their ears fold over at the tips. Is this normal? Will the ears become erect later? Or is there a change there is a mix of some other dog in the breed?

It depends on their age. Up to 5 months, the ear cartilage may still be a bit soft, but after that they should be erect. Some pups also get ear flop when they teeth, for some unknown reason.
If they persist folded, then I would suspect there is another breed in the background somewhere.

Thank You for that very informative answer. I was just talking with another friend who also has pom pups and she said the same thing about the muscle on being developed yet. You were very helpful
