Basically, you have from 1 to 10 days to move. They won't arrest you for an eviction unless the police are called on the last day and you are absolutely refusing to leave, and get baligerant with them. What they will make you do is, get everything out of the apt, and they don't care where you put it, but it has to be out of the apt. Then, once you are removed at the end of the 10 days, they will change the locks on the apt. So sorry that you are facing this.
