What Exactly Does Pediatrician Do?

In high school take all the math and science you can. If you have difficulties get a tutor because these grades will go with you in your search of a career. Expect to be in college at least 11 years because you will be a specialist with children. You will study genetics. Most Pediatricians get 1/2 day to 1 day off per week. We need good doctors. Pediatricians are simply doctors that specialize in child health issues.  They often deal with genetic issues more than other doctors too, since serious genetic issues generally manifest themselves while people are young, and since they often (depending upon the genetic problem) do not reach adulthood.

They take care of children.
