This is very important matter, that you must use tainted foods or any other fresh food according to season. Don't use the old and frozen vegetables of previous seasons. It can cause food poisoning. Moreover old foods have not any energy; they can just give harm to our body.
Tainted foods also came with the season. For every season there is different tainted food available in market. So don't use summer season's food in winter and winter season's food in summer. Also take care about the tainted foods, once the cover of the pack is opened, finish it as soon as possible, unless bacteria grow in these foods.
Try to use fresh vegetables according to the season, and also which came from fields freshly day by day. And don't fry the vegetables, for so much time. Because all of the proteins die, because of this extensive frying in oil. And these vegetable are useless for body, because all of the proteins and calories are finished. It will just for filling our stomach. Just fry for 5 min or less or according to vegetable. And vegetable soaps are best for a good health. Because fried and old vegetables can burn heart and is harmful for health.
