Having such pimples is common for some people. It is just like pimples on face etc & gets away(remember that is skin too), people with very oily skin are usually more prone to that. But no need to worry at all. If those pimples irritates/hurts too much then go for doctor he can suggest any ointment/pills for fast cure.
