I Was Born In Nigeria But Have My American Citizenship, Do I Need A Visa To Go Back To Nigeria To Visit And If So What Other Documents Or Letters Do I Need?

My wife and children aren't Nigerian they are American citizens and to travel to Nigeria they needed visas and a letter from me stating that I was inviting them although I am traveling with them. When I wrote the letter I was a permanent resident of the US but since I have received my American citizenship, so will I need a visa to visit Nigeria even though I was born in Nigeria and will I need a letter and if so from whom.

If you were born in Nigeria and don't have Nigerian Identity Card, then you have to get visa to visit Nigeria. You all have to apply with the same procedure. The application for Nigeria is a two way process now and you can apply online. You need a valid passport, 1 passport size photograph, return airline ticket, hotel booking, copy of recent bank statement etc to apply for the Visa.
