Why Are Leaders Highest Paid Workers Within An Organization?

Leaders are the motivators or the role models of any organization. They are the ones which move the organization in a right direction. That is the reason, they are highly paid and they are mostly from the top management.

To be a leader is not an easy task. Being a leader great responsibilities are placed on his shoulders. A leader must have good disposition most of the time, compared to clerical jobs which tend to be a routine already so less thinking is required, or that of manual labor whose functions is almost mechanical.
