What Is The Solution Of Lack Of Confidence Due To Depression & Anxiety?

    Its something that you yourself would be figuring out as being human we have a tandancy to go into a depression or a feeling of lonliness whenever we have situations leading to those in our lives. It depends completely on each of us individually. I have my own ways of getting over it and so far I've been succeeding doing that, and Im going to tell you what I do to get over this situation.
    Mostly when someone is going through depression or lonliness one this to cut off himself from the rest of the world as he feels that he can be much better alone, and starts avoiding others, friends, parents, and family members, and at times they bump in asking what is the reason for this, but you don't feel like sharing, you can't help as they are also bothered about you, but you just feel like staying in the dark for a while feelink that its going to help you and ease all your pain. You start wandering alone into places that makes you feel better, or atleast warm, I do that to get out of the blue, just put on my iPod and go for a ride to places where I've never been before, take a long route bus ride and let it go like that, I even flew out of time a couple of times and it really worked out for me, but the truth is if you cut yourself off from the rest of the world, even for a while, you would only have one reason to think about and that is the reason for which you are depressed, but if you go out and start sharing you feelings with people in whom you can confide in, will actually make you feel better... Get on to things that require thinking, imagination and sheer power, make yourself so busy that you don't have time to think about anything else, Try to open up to new people, and this is the best time to explore your own self, rediscover yourself all over again, and trust me its a very beautiful experience discovering yourself out of the blue
    and later you will come up stronger than ever and confident than ever. I know it takes time to get back to normal but you do get back to normal sooner or later....
    Trust me, and stop holding on to the reasons that are the cause of your depression, instead look for the brighter side of your own self, what can you do better about making your life better than it is now.... And Have faith in yorself.
