There are no natural ways to increase your hormonal levels. Regular walk and exercise within limits can help to some extent. To increase hormonal levels, you should know that which hormone is lacking. If you are female then your important hormones are estrogen, progesterone and prolactin. Supplemental therapies for estrogen and progesterone are available. Prolactin does not requires supplement because its low levels are considered as normal.
